2019. One hell of a year. It seems that a number of people I know have had to confront big changes in their lives – the heartbreaking deaths of partners, retiring, aging, transplanting, uprooting. Some have had change thrust upon them, some have made the leap intentionally. All needing to adjust to a new way of being in this crazy, upside-down world, with as much grace and joy as possible.
